Architect and Horace, ND, native Leah Petersen grew up immersed in the world of architecture through her father, Kim Stokes who founded Prairie Design Studio in 1982, running the business from their family home. Fast forward to 2024, Leah and her sister, Chelsey Johnson, took over the firm, moving it to a new space and marking an exciting new chapter for the family business.
